The Mechanics Creeper starts with high quality .75" steel tubing. The frame is double-spot welded. Casters don't fall off due to TraXion's innovative square-shank design. The four 2" casters feature ball bearing swivel AND rollers. The Deck Dimensions are a best-in-class 17" x 36". The deck features a firm foam pad that offers comfort and support and vinyl upholstery. We only use upholstery that is tough and easy to clean. * The "Body Clearance" dimension measures the height of the compressed pad. In most cases this is the most important consideration, since the lower the Body Clearance of the creeper the more space you will have to work.
