Return label will be issued only when customers get damaged/defective/wrong items.Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
Exchanges are NOT acceptableat current time. We only provide refund or replacement (with identical items).
General instructions for returns:
1. Any return request must be within 30 days after delivery. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
2. Any returned merchandise must be accompanied by an assigned RGA(Return Goods Authorization) number. RGA number will be issued within three business day once customers submit return requests.
3. All returns must be marked with a RGA number on the shipping label or outside package, otherwise they will be refused.
4. Please make sure the product is in its original box and package.
5. Returns are subject to a 20% handling and restock fee if return in new condition (no scratches, chips, dents, cracks, dirt, etc). Returns are subject to inspection and approval. We strongly recommend that customers for return purchase insurance for shipping. If any item is damaged or used, no credit will be offered. Customer will have to file an insurance claim to carrier to get reimbursed.
6. For replacement, we need a new order for the correct item and then 20% handling and restock fee for the return item will be waived.
7. Once the carrier has received your item, it can take up to three weeks for us to receive and process your return. Refunds will be in the same form as the original purchase.
8. Please provide us with a tracking number so we can follow up this return for you.
