The PowerBass XAX mini amplifiers are ideal for tight installations making it possible to put this series in places other amplifiers can’t go. The XAX amplifiers carry on the PowerBass tradition of looking and sounding great, but they take up less space than any other amplifier PowerBass have ever offered. High efficiency FRD (Full Range Digital) technology allows these amplifiers to operate at well over 80% efficiency. The XAX amplifiers also feature the latest Phillips/NXP circuitry that never leaves you without your music. While conventional thermal protection design will shut down an amplifier when it gets hot, this new chip set technology slightly reduces the amplifiers output signal, thereby reducing the amount of heat generated thus allowing the amp to cool itself without interrupting your music! Now, just because you have limited space doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice great sound.
