This kit is used to securely attach a novelty/license plate, shield and/or frame to a vehicle. The Rattle Stop fasteners attach the license plate and frame together on the 2 lower holes to prevent rattling. The locking Star Pin fasteners are designed to hinder removal of a license plate. Easy to use.
